Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 3 item
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• self-rising flour - 2 c
• lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
• ground cloves - 1 tsp
• Crisco oil - 1 c
• ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
• Bake at 325° for 1 hour
• small jars baby food plums with tapioca - 2 item

How to make plum cake:

Mix thoroughly and pour in greased pan in cold oven. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar2 Tbsp. lemon juice Mix and drizzle over cake while warm.
