Ingredients/Components

• flour - 1 c
• salt - 1/2 c
• water - 1 c
• cooking oil - 1 Tbsp
• cream of tartar - 2 tsp
• few drops of food coloring - 1 item

How to make play dough:

In a heavy aluminum saucepan, mix dry ingredients. Add oil, water and food coloring. Cook 3 minutes or until mixture pulls away from side of pan. Knead slightly. Store in an airtight container.
