Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1/2 c
• water - 1 c
• oil - 1 Tbsp
• plain flour - 1 c
• cream of tartar - 2 tsp
• your favorite food coloring - 1 item

How to make play dough:

Mix dry ingredients in saucepan or electric skillet. Mix food coloring and water. Add water and food coloring; cook 2 minutes or until mixture peels away from sides of pan. Put on wax paper and knead for 5 minutes. It is ready to play with when it cools. Store in baggy or airtight container.
