Ingredients/Components

• flour - 1 c
• cream of tartar - 2 tsp
• salt - 1/4 c
• water - 1 c
• oil - 1 Tbsp
• food coloring - 2 tsp

How to make play dough:

Mix the first 3 ingredients together in medium pan. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring, for 3 to 5 minutes. Will turn into a ball.
