- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 c
- large eggs - 2 item
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- whipped cream - 1 item
- plain flour - 1/2 c
- melted butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
How to make platte county pie:
Preheat oven to 325°. Beat eggs in medium bowl. Add flour and sugar and continue beating 2 minutes. Add vanilla, butter, nuts and chocolate chips. Pour into pie shell. Bake 60 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature with whipped cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
