Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 c
  • cooking oil - 1 c
  • garlic powder - 4 tsp
  • oregano - 1/2 oz
  • cans tomato paste - 5 oz
  • onions, diced - 6 c
  • tomatoes - 2 gal
  • green peppers, diced - 6 c
  • sugar, more or less to taste - 1/2 c
  • hot peppers, diced - 2 c

How to make pizza sauce:

Cook tomatoes, peppers and onions until tender. Cool and run through blender. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and cook 1 hour. Put in jars and seal.
