Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- basil leaves - 1/4 tsp
- oregano leaves - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pepperoni - 1 c
- refrigerated biscuits - 4 pkg
How to make pizza pockets:
In bowl combine tomato sauce, oregano, basil and garlic; stir. Add Mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Add peppers, if desired. Set aside.Separate and flatten biscuits into a circle about 3 inches. Add 1 tablespoon of filling on dough. Bring edges together and seal. Place on greased baking sheet. Brush tops with milk and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° until biscuits are done.
