  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • biscuit mix - 2 c
  • grated sharp cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • grated parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
  • Stir mustard into milk and blend into mix
  • sausage, well cooked and drained - 1 lb

How to make pizza:

Measure mix into a bowl. Stir mustard into milk and blend into mix. Knead 1 minutes on board dusted with biscuit mix. Roll to fit 12 inch pizza pan. Prick surface with a fork. Bake in hot oven, 425°, for 5-7 minutes or until set. Remove from oven. Reduce heat to 375°.Filling:2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce1 Tbsp. sugar1 Tbsp. French's minced onion2 Tbsp. French's mustard1/4 tsp. French's oregano1 lb. sausage, well cooked and drained1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese Combine tomato sauce, sugar, onion, mustard and oregano. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes. Pour into partially baked crust. Sprinkle with half of cheddar, then sausage, then remaining cheddar. Top with parmesan. Return to oven. Bake 12-15 minutes or until cheese melts and crust is deep golden brown. Yield: 6 servings.

Friendly warning: Because French's mustard has a special flavor, texture and color all its own, don't expect best results from this recipe with any other mustard.
