Pistachio torte
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese
- milk
- chopped nuts - 1/4 c
- flour - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 2 Tbsp
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- instant pistachio pudding
- container Cool Whip - 1/2 item
- ground nuts - 1/3 c
- Third Layer;1/2 container Cool Whip
How to make pistachio torte:
First Layer:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese2/3 c. powdered sugar1/2 container Cool Whip Second Layer:2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding2 1/2 c. milk Third Layer;1/2 container Cool Whip1/4 c. chopped nuts Crust: Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 375°; cool.First Layer: Mix ingredients together; spread on cooled crust.
Second Layer: Mix ingredients together and top first layer.
Third Layer: Spread rest of Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
Can use chocolate, lemon or banana puddings also.
