Ingredients/Components
- miniature marshmallows - 1 c
- nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 lb
- carton whipped topping - 1 oz
- box instant pistachio pudding - 1 item
How to make pistachio salad:
Fold dry pudding into whipped topping. Add pineapple, juice, marshmallows and nuts. Refrigerate.This salad is a necessity at almost all of our family gatherings.
