  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • miniature marshmallows - 1/2 c
  • carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
  • box pistachio instant pudding and pie mix a regular size box - 1 item
  • medium size can crushed pineapple use all the juice - 1 item

How to make pistachio salad:

Mix pudding with pineapple and its juice. Add marshmallows and nuts. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
