  • can mandarin oranges, drained - 1 item
  • carton Cool Whip - 1 (8
  • small box instant pistachio pudding - 1 item
  • medium to large can pineapple undrained - 1 item

How to make pistachio salad:

In large bowl, mix Cool Whip, pudding and pineapple. Then add mandarin oranges and marshmallows. Pour into mold or bowl and refrigerate overnight.
