  • miniature marshmallows - 1 c
  • pecans - 1/2 c
  • can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 lb
  • small box instant pistachio pudding - 1 item

How to make pistachio salad:

Fold dry pudding mix into Cool Whip. Add pineapple, marshmallows and nuts. Pour into a 1-quart mold. Refrigerate.
