  • can coconut - 1 item
  • medium container whipped topping - 1 item
  • box instant pistachio pudding mix - 1 item
  • can crushed or chunk pineapple - 1 item

How to make pistachio salad:

Dissolve pudding mix in pineapple. Mix well. Add coconut, marshmallows and fold whipped topping into mixture. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
