Pistachio salad
Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- self-rising flour
- 1/2 sticks melted margarine - 1 item
- Layer 2:8 oz
- medium can drained crushed pineapple - 1 item
How to make pistachio salad:
Mix well and bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until done.Layer 2:8 oz. softened cream cheese1 c. powdered sugar1 medium can drained crushed pineapple Mix. Spread over cooled crust.Layer 3: Spread 1/2 carton Cool Whip over the cream cheese layer.
Layer 4: Mix 2 packages pistachio Jell-O instant pudding mix with 3 cups milk.
Layer 5: Spread remainder of Cool Whip, then pecans over the top. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
