Pistachio pudding dessert
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk
- flour
- powdered sugar - 3/4 c
- melted butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- chopped nuts walnuts - 1/2 c
- plus 1/4 to 1/2 c - 2 c
- pistachio nut pudding instant
How to make pistachio pudding dessert:
Mix the nuts, flour and melted butter to make crust. Crust will be flaky. Spread in a 9 x 12-inch glass pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip. Blend and spread onto cooled crust.
Mix the pudding with the milk until firm. This goes on top of cream cheese mix. Top with Cool Whip.
