  • boxes pistachio instant pudding - 2 item
  • Bake in greased tube pan at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes
  • club soda 7-Up, ginger ale, etc - 1 c

How to make pistachio pound cake:

Dump all ingredients together and beat 4 minutes. Bake in greased tube pan at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.Icing:1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese1/2 stick butter1/2 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. powdered sugar1/2 c. nuts (optional)
