Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 (16
  • pistachio instant pudding - 2 pkg
  • cans mandarin oranges, drained - 2 oz
  • can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz
  • mini marshmallows - 2 3
  • marsachio cherries to garnish - 1 item

How to make pistachio fluff:

Blend together the sour cream and pudding (do not use Mixmaster). Add undrained pineapple and 1 can of drained mandarin oranges. Add mini marshmallows. Place in bowl and garnish with the remaining oranges and the cherries. Refrigerate several hours and serve.

Option: I substitute lemon pudding and pastel colored marshmallows to make "Lemon Fluff".
