- eggs - 3 item
- chopped nuts - 2 c
- salad oil - 1 c
- box white cake mix - 1 item
- 7-Up - 1 c
- box pistachio instant pudding - 1 item
- Bake at 325° in a 13 x 9 x 2 1/2-inch pan for 30 minutes
How to make pistachio cake:
Mix all ingredients together, except 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 325° in a 13 x 9 x 2 1/2-inch pan for 30 minutes. Check to see if done, if not bake 5 minutes more. Don't bake too long or it will be dry.Icing:1 large Cool Whip1 box pistachio instant pudding Mix together well and ice cake. Sprinkle nuts on top of icing.
