Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- heavy cream - 1 c
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- instant pistachio pudding - 2 pkg
- white cake mix - 1 pkg
- club soda - 1 c
How to make pistachio cake:
Beat first 6 ingredients together using only 1 package of pudding for 4 minutes at high speed. Place in 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Beat together 1 package of pudding and 1 cup milk. Beat heavy cream until peaks form. Mix with pudding mixture. Use this to ice cake when cake is cool.
