- chopped nuts - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 2 tsp
- cold milk - 1 c
- pistachio instant pudding - 1 pkg
- Crisco oil - 1/2 c
- club soda - 1 c
- Duncan Hines yellow cake mix - 1 item
- envelope Dream Whip - 1 item
- Bake in lightly greased 9 x 12-inch pan in 350° oven for 50 to 60 minutes
How to make pistachio cake:
Beat all ingredients together. Bake in lightly greased 9 x 12-inch pan in 350° oven for 50 to 60 minutes. When cool, ice with Pistachio Icing.Pistachio Icing:1/2 pt. heavy cream1 c. cold milk1 envelope Dream Whip2 tsp. powdered sugar1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding Beat all ingredients until fluffy.
