Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- pkg - 8 oz
- hot water - 2 c
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- whole milk - 1 Tbsp
- small strawberry Jell-O - 2 item
- 2 can crushed pineapple, undrained
How to make pink salad:
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water; add sugar. Chill until partly set. Have cream cheese at room temperature. Stir in whole milk. Combine cheese and Cool Whip with Jell-O and beat with beaters. Fold in nuts and pineapple. Chill and serve.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
