Pink arctic freeze

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 Tbsp
• pkg - 1 oz
• can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
• whipping cream - 1 c
• nuts, chopped - 1 c
• mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
• jellied cranberry sauce - 1 c

How to make pink arctic freeze:

Cream together first three ingredients. Add nuts and cranberry sauce; mix well. Whip the whipping cream until stiff. Fold into mixture. Fold in pineapple. Pour into loaf pan or mold and freeze. Serve sliced. Keep frozen. Serve with turkey, chicken or ham.
