- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- raisins - 1 c
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple, well drained - 1 1/4
How to make pineapple zucchini bread:
Beat first 4 ingredients until thick. Stir in remaining ingredients gradually; blend well. Pour into 2 greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Test with cake tester. It should come out clean.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Pineapple.
