- sugar - 3 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- raisins - 1/2 c
- chopped zucchini - 2 c
- can drained crushed pineapple - 1 item
How to make pineapple zucchini bread:
Beat together first 4 ingredients. Add next 5 and beat again. Fold in last 4 into the batter. Place into 2 loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 325°.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Pineapple.
