- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- white sugar - 3/4 c
- can pineapple - 3/4 item
How to make pineapple upside-down cake:
Melt butter in single layer cake pan or iron skillet. Add brown sugar and dissolve, then add pineapple. Combine flour, sugar, egg and milk and pour over pineapple. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
