Pineapple upside-down cake
Ingredients/Components
- 4 1/2 oz - 1 lb
- maraschino cherries - 1 item
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- directions - 1 Bisquick
How to make pineapple upside-down cake:
Drain pineapple well. Melt butter in pan (9-inch round or 8 or 9-inch square). Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar. Arrange pineapple and cherries in sugar mixture. Prepare crumb cake and pour over all in pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes until tests done.Cover with serving plate. Turn over and lift off pan.
