Ingredients/Components
- cup sugar - 1 item
- cup flour - 1 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- cup pineapple juice - 1/3 item
- eggs, beaten, separated - 3 item
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- cup brown sugar - 1 item
- small can grated pineapple - 1 item
How to make pineapple upside down cake:
Beat egg whites. Set aside. Beat yolks with juice and sugar until thick and lemon color. Beat in flour and baking powder. Fold in beaten egg whites last. Cook butter, brown sugar and pineapple until sugar dissolves. Put this mixture in 10 inch cake pRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
