Pineapple sherbet

Pineapple sherbet



  • sugar - 2 c
  • milk - 1 qt
  • can crushed pineapple - 8 oz
  • juice of 2 lemons

How to make pineapple sherbet:

Dissolve sugar in milk by stirring. Add lemon juice and a little rind and pineapple. Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze. May be frozen in refrigerator, if so, stir several times while freezing.
