- unflavored gelatin - 3 Tbsp
- uv sugah
- juice uv 6 lemuns
- 2 can uv crushed pineapple
- uv kream - 1 pt
- uv milk - 1 pt
How to make pineapple sherbet:
Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1 quart uv boilin' watah 'n sugah...let this cum to a boil 'n cool...then pore in the lemun juice 'n crushed pineapple 'n let freeze...when frozen add kream 'n milk 'n start crankin' til frozen stiff...hit'll make about 6 quarts.Now the nex time iff'n yawl wants another flavor jist leave out the pineapple 'n put in eny fruit yawl wants!
