  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • powdered sugar
  • large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • Icing:1/2 stick oleo

How to make pineapple sheet cake:

Icing:1/2 stick oleo1 3/4 c. powdered sugar8 oz. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1/4 c. chopped nuts Cake: Mix all ingredients together. Pour into cookie sheet pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.

Icing: Mix all ingredients together. Put icing on cake while warm.
