Pineapple sheet cake



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- butter or margarine, softened - 1/2 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 oz
- can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, undrained - 1 oz
- Mix until smooth
How to make pineapple sheet cake:
In a large bowl, combine cake ingredients. Mix until smooth. Pour into a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Cool. Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.Cream Cheese Icing:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 (16 oz.) box confectioners sugar1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened1 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 c. chopped nuts Combine cream cheese, sugar, butter and vanilla in a small mixing bowl.
