Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- nuts - 1 c
- pineapple juice - 1 item
- marshmallows, cut up - 24 item
- large can pineapple chunks - 1 item
- oranges, diced - 2 item
- small tub Cool Whip - 1 item
How to make pineapple salad:
Drain pineapple; reserve juice. Cook the eggs, flour, sugar and pineapple juice until thick. Cool. Add pineapple, diced oranges and marshmallows. Fold in Cool Whip and nuts. Add coconut, if wanted. Let stand and chill at least 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
