- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- can crushed pineapple - 20 oz
How to make pineapple salad:
Dissolve jello in 2 cups of hot water. Pour over sour cream. Blend until smooth. When partially thickened, add pineapple, including juice. Place in 1 1/2-quart mold. Chill thoroughly.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
