Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- large can evaporated milk, chilled - 1 item
- box lemon or lime jello - 1 item
How to make pineapple salad:
In saucepan, heat to boiling the pineapple and sugar. Add jello and stir until melted. Remove from heat. Add softened cream cheese, a little at a time, and stir until most of the lumps disappear. In large bowl, beat evaporated milk. Fold cooled mixture into this. Pour into 9 x 13-inch cake pan and refrigerate several hours.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
