Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- hot water - 2 c
- pecans - 1 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- crushed pineapple - 1 c
- lime Jell-O - 2 pkg
- small jar pimento, diced - 1 item
- whipped cream may use Cool Whip - 1 pt
How to make pineapple salad:
Prepare Jell-O. Stir in cream cheese while hot. Add all ingredients. Cool a bit and stir in whipped cream. Chill until firm.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
