- chopped pecans - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- small container Cool Whip - 1 item
- box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
- Philly cream cheese - 8 oz
- box Jiffy cake mix - 1 item
How to make pineapple pudding cake:
Mix cake and bake in 9 x 13-inch pan as directed; cool.Mix pudding as directed with mixer. Add Philly cream cheese. Blend well. Spread over cake. Drain pineapple, spread on top and top with whipped topping. Sprinkle pecans on top. Chill before serving.
