- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- lemon jello - 1 pkg
- crushed pineapple, drained - 2 c
- graham cracker pie crust - 1 item
How to make pineapple pie:
Freeze evaporated milk to a mush. Combine pineapple, eggs and sugar. Bring to a boil. Add lemon jello. Cool. Whip evaporated milk stiff and fold into fruit mixture. Pour in graham cracker pie crust. Refrigerate. Makes enough for 2 pies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
