  • can crushed pineapple, drained
  • yellow butter cake mix - 1 pkg
  • Crisco oil - 3/4 c
  • can mandarin oranges - 1 oz
  • instant pudding vanilla or coconut
  • large container Cool Whip - 1 item

How to make pineapple-orange cake:

Topping:1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained1 large pkg. instant pudding (vanilla or coconut)1 large container Cool Whip Add ingredients and mix well. Pour in sheet pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Mix topping ingredients and put on top of cake when cool. Refrigerate.
