Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • cream cheese
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • butter - 1/4 lb
  • coconut - 1 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • can undrained crushed pineapple - 1 oz

How to make pineapple nut cake:

Cream Cheese Icing:8 oz. cream cheese1 c. confectioners sugar1/4 lb. butter1 tsp. vanilla Mix together with spoon only. Grease a 9 x 12-inch baking pan and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.

Icing: Soften butter and cream cheese. Mix with sugar, vanilla and remaining nuts and coconut. Spread over cooled cake.
