Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/4 lb
- coconut - 1 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- nuts - 1/2 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- can undrained crushed pineapple - 1 oz
How to make pineapple nut cake:
Cream Cheese Icing:8 oz. cream cheese1 c. confectioners sugar1/4 lb. butter1 tsp. vanilla Mix together with spoon only. Grease a 9 x 12-inch baking pan and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.Icing: Soften butter and cream cheese. Mix with sugar, vanilla and remaining nuts and coconut. Spread over cooled cake.
