Ingredients/Components
- lime juice - 1 oz
- ice cubes - 6 item
- pineapple juice - 1 oz
- sugar to taste - 2 tsp
- Bacardi rum - 2 oz
- diced fresh pineapple - 2 Tbsp
How to make pineapple mojito:
Place ice and pineapple in a cocktail shaker and pour rum, lime juice and pineapple juice over. Add the sugar. Shake to combine. Chill. Pour the mixture into a tall, narrow glass and serve immediately.Recipe categories: Drinks, Pineapple, Cocktails.
