- packed brown sugar
- milk - 1/2 c
- water - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- can crushed pineapple undrained - 1 oz
- ground fresh pork - 1 lb
- ground fully cooked ham
- finely crushed saltines - 1 c
How to make pineapple ham loaf:
Sauce:1 c. packed brown sugar1 tsp. prepared mustard1/3 c. vinegar1/4 c. water1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained) In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add milk, crackers and pepper. Add the ham and pork; mix well. Shape into a 9 x 4-inch lRecipe categories: Main dish, Pork, Ham.
