Pineapple drop cookies


Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg, unbeaten - 1 item
- raisins - 1/2 c
- flour, sifted - 2 c
- light brown sugar - 1 c
- walnuts, chopped - 3/4 c
- crushed pineapple - 3/4 c
- shortening peanut butter - 1/2 c
How to make pineapple drop cookies:
Put brown sugar, shortening, egg and vanilla into a mixing bowl; mix until well blended. Spoon pineapple, measure accurately, and blend into sugar mixture. Sift together flour, soda and salt; stir into sugar mixture. Mix walnuts and raisins into batter. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
