  • can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
  • whipped topping - 1/4 c
  • can coconut - 1 oz
  • angel food cake - 1 (16

How to make pineapple delight:

Break cake into bite-sized pieces. Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Pour pineapple over cake; sprinkle with pecans. Combine milk and pudding mix in bowl. Stir until thickened. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over layers. Sprinkle with coconut. Chill in refrigerator.
