Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- large container Cool Whip - 1 item
- instant vanilla pudding
- baked pie shell - 1 item
How to make pineapple cream pie:
In a large bowl, mix pudding with some of the juice from pineapple. Next add pineapple, then sour cream. Blend well by hand. Add Cool Whip last. Pour into baked pie shell. Refrigerate. Can be made in advance.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts, Fruit.
