- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple - 1 1/2
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- eggs, divided - 3 item
How to make pineapple cream cheese cake:
Combine cake mix, margarine, one egg and pecans. Press into bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Drain pineapple and spread evenly over cake mixture. Mix cream cheese, two eggs and powdered sugar. Pour over pineapple. Bake in preheated 350° oven foRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Grains.
