  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • small can Angel Flake coconut - 1 item
  • pie shells - 2 item
  • can pineapple medium, drained - 1 item

How to make pineapple coconut pie:

Mix sugar, eggs, margarine, pineapple and coconut. Beat well and pour into pie shells. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes and 5 minutes at 400°.
