Pineapple-chicken stir-fry
Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 2 tsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- cooking oil - 1 Tbsp
- honey - 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- can pineapple chunks - 1 3/4
- green pepper - 1 item
- boneless chicken - 1 pkg
How to make pineapple-chicken stir-fry:
Drain pineapple; reserve juice. Combine juice and cornstarch. Add soy sauce, honey, vinegar and pepper; mix well. Set aside. Heat oil in wok. Add green peppers; stir-fry 2 minutes and remove. Add more oil if necessary; cook chicken until done. Add soy mixture to chicken. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Add peppers and pineapple. Cover and cook 1 minute.
