  • cornstarch - 2 tsp
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • cooking oil - 1 Tbsp
  • honey - 1 Tbsp
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • can pineapple chunks - 1 3/4
  • green pepper - 1 item
  • boneless chicken - 1 pkg

How to make pineapple-chicken stir-fry:

Drain pineapple; reserve juice. Combine juice and cornstarch. Add soy sauce, honey, vinegar and pepper; mix well. Set aside. Heat oil in wok. Add green peppers; stir-fry 2 minutes and remove. Add more oil if necessary; cook chicken until done. Add soy mixture to chicken. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Add peppers and pineapple. Cover and cook 1 minute. Serve with rice.
