  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • flour - 2 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • Cool Whip - 12 oz
  • pineapple juice - 2/3 c
  • finely chopped almonds - 1/2 c
  • softened margarine - 2/3 c
  • Add sugar and eggs
  • Press firmly in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350°

How to make pineapple cheesecake squares:

Mix ingredients until crumbly. Press firmly in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350°.Middle Layer:2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 c. sugar2 eggs2/3 c. pineapple juice Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and eggs. Beat again. Add juice; stir well. Pour mixture over hot crust; bake for 20 minutes at 350°, until center is set. Cool.Top Layer:1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple1 c. pineapple juice1/4 c. flour1/4 c. sugar12 oz. Cool Whip Mix juice, sugar and flour in saucepan. Heat until thick. Remove from heat. Fold in drained pineapple; cool completely. Fold in Cool Whip; pour on top.
