Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- drained, crushed pineapple - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1/2 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- can cherry pie filling - 1 item
How to make pineapple cheesecake:
Mix crumbs and butter. Press into bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan to form crust. Cream the cheese until smooth. Beat eggs slightly with 1/2 cup sugar. Add pineapple, flour and vanilla. Blend eggs and cheese mixture. Pour into crust and bake in moderate oven at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
