Pineapple cheesecake

Ingredients/Components

• graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
• butter, melted - 1/2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• drained, crushed pineapple - 1/2 c
• sugar - 1/2 c
• pkg - 2 oz
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• can cherry pie filling - 1 item

How to make pineapple cheesecake:

Mix crumbs and butter. Press into bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan to form crust. Cream the cheese until smooth. Beat eggs slightly with 1/2 cup sugar. Add pineapple, flour and vanilla. Blend eggs and cheese mixture. Pour into crust and bake in moderate oven at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Top with cherry filling after cooling.
